Before we ever hand you a mic, we build your foundation.

You’ll spend this phase mastering:
1. Identity & Regulation: grounding before go-time, breath & voice control, authority vs. validation.
2. Story & Keynote Development: discerning what belongs on stage, building a teachable framework, structuring your talk from open to close.
3. Stagecraft & Standards: call times, sound checks, green room dynamics, professional expectations.
4. Positioning & Monetization: pricing, pitching, packaging your offer as a professional.
5. Deployment Prep: readiness assessment, recorded rehearsal, and technical troubleshooting.
This is the lab where confidence stops being a concept and becomes a muscle.

PHASE TWO
Artist Development Retreat — In-Person Rehearsal & Direction
This is where the lights come on.
You’ll run your full keynote on a real stage, with professional direction, mic training, and energy calibration under pressure.
We capture every moment — the rhythm, the movement, the heat of the lights.
You’ll leave with:
1. Professional footage
2. Edited clips
3. Podcast interview
4. Opportunity leads access
This is where rehearsal becomes reality.

PHASE THREE
Premiere + Certification — Live Performance & Professional Proof
Your moment.
The live keynote.
The professional filming.
The graduation that certifies you as a Leslie Jespersen Certified Speaker.
You’ll receive:

what does it look like
You go through the Phase One trainings at your own pace, with weekly office hours and (5) 1:1 calls with Leslie & our team after you complete each of the 5 pillars
After Phase Two is complete and you get your assets, it's time for Phase Three! You look at our events calendar and apply for whichever event you'd like to speak at.
You can take up to 12 months in Phase One - no rush! But if you want to crank it out faster, go right ahead. You're at the wheel. We're the GPS and the gasoline.
Once you're booked and paid for Phase Three, you take the stage and walk in our graduation ceremony as a CERTIFIED KEYNOTE SPEAKER!
You can stay at Phase One, or move onto Phase Two by selecting one of our in person retreats to participate in - we usually host them 4 times per year.
Then the real magic happens - we feed you speaking leads, support you as you apply, and you may even be invited to join our agency!
